I had a leak which was caused by a cut in the underlying #90w Felt and it was sealed after the rotted plywood was replaced. There have been two light rainfalls since then and neither one caused any leakage. Am waiting for a heavy rainfall to insure the problem was fully fixed.

One roofer told me I needed a new roof. A tile roof is a fortune so I contacted several recommended roofers to see if a repair possible. J & H responded immediately. Hernan showed up on schedule for an estimate. He did a thorough exam of the roof from inside and out and suggested a reasonable repair. He showed up as scheduled to complete the repair. He left no debris on the property. He explained what was needed and was very polite and neat. We have not had any storms to test the work but I'm optimistic anything short of a hurricane it should be fine. I would highly recommend.

Hernan was the ultimate pro. I was in urgent need of help with my roof. He called within minutes, when I left my info @ service magic. I spoke told him I was having leak, he was in my area on another call. When he finished there came over to my house to evaluate problem another company couldn't fix in 4 months and 6 trips. Came back did work excellent job, found where problem hole was in roof. It saved my whole roof ceiling from caving in, in my living room. Traditional Tile Roofing

I live out of state but recently purchased a home in Cape Coralwith major roof damage. The existing roof was destroyed by a hurricane years ago and never replaced.
